My cousin originally ordered these plates for my baby shower and when they arrived I noticed that the spelling of my daughters name was wrong by one letter due to the paint spilling over to the next letter, which made the spelling of the name "Harloa" when it should be "Harlow". I emailed TippyToad and received great service from Allison. She helped us out with the entire order and resent us new plates which arrived fast and the plates came out looking great with the correct spelling and font. Allison was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend this site to all of my friends and will continue to order from TippyToad as well!
