If your order has any defects or is damaged during shipping, we will replace the items at no extra charge. In the event that we cannot re-ship the items before your or event date, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
Guaranteed Delivery - TippyToad guarantees your order will be delivered before your event date. Once we accept your order, we commit ourselves to delivering your quality products on-time. If your products are not delivered before your event date, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
Customer E-mail and Contact Information - It is the responsibility of the consumer to enter accurate email address and contact information when placing an order to ensure TippyToad can email requested proofs and contact the customer regarding any problems that may be encountered when processing orders.
TippyToad will NOT be responsible for the inability to contact a customer or the inability to deliver orders in a timely manner due to errant or fictitious email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses entered by the consumer when placing an order.
